New Online Patient Record Portal
Coming March 24, 2026

We will be transitioning to our new online portal for sharing patient records on March 24, 2026. This new portal, called Shareville, will replace rVetLink. Access to Shareville will begin on our go live date. Instructions for creating your new accounts and accessing patient records can be found here. rVetLink will remain accessible during the transition period.

WHEN CAN I CREATE OUR SHAREVILLE ACCOUNT? Our current plan is to go live on March 24 with our new hospital record system, Instinct. Shareville will launch the same day, and you will be able to create your hospital’s account at that time- March 24.

WILL INSTINCT STILL SEND NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT PATIENTS? Yes. As the referring veterinarian, you will receive automated email notifications at key points in your patient’s visit at Central. These alerts will be sent when a patient is: Checked in to the hospital, discharged from the hospital. or deceased. 
For hospitalized patients, you will also receive scheduled updates three times a day at 8 AM, 12 PM, and 5 PM only when documents are finalized. This means you will know exactly when new patient records are ready without having to check the portal and it will cut down on unnecessary communications.

Each Shareville notification to you will include two links: one to the patient’s current record and one to your hospital’s portal dashboard. You can also access the online portal anytime on this page, the same way you access rVetLink currently.
