I am extremely excited to be back to this area of Connecticut, and to a place that has been a pipe dream of mine since I first got my DVM. I love to learn and also teach (since being in academia, I find I narrate everything I do), and obviously I love surgery, and I want to strive to be the best I can be. I like being busy, but I always need to carve out time to cuddle with any/all cats in the hospital. This also means I have a high tolerance for superficial skin wounds. I’m from East Haven, CT originally, and that means I’m a bit of a pizza snob. I am an avid reader (love fantasy, science fiction, Stephen King), and I’m a huge Star Wars fan. I’m not one of those toxic fans that gets upset if anything deviates from my own understanding of the universe, but I do have a cardboard cutout of Luke Skywalker unironically. I love music and to sing, and to make people laugh.
